		<description>'stananically fast' ...that's funny!!!!!

I worked at Wendy's years ago ... as a young adult.

The rule then (don't know what it is now) was that you had 15 seconds to get the order out to the customer once the order was finished.

Now, keep in mind ... we don't MAKE the hamburgers (as in put them together) until the customer orders ....

Which means ... you best be LISTENING when the customer orders ... because if he's ordering 3 or 4 ...you've got to have your groove on.

What was REALLY scary was when they'd order a large Frosty ... and the district manager was there with his stop watch ..timing these orders.

A large Frosty took exactly 17 seconds to fill.
Now, if they ordered the frosty last ... well ... you do the math.

You had one very upset ... very upset ... district manager. (who, was probably the satan you just mentioned)

Yes, Wendy's does things fast ...and for the most part pretty good ... mistakes happen ...they're human.

I got such a kick out of the McDonalds commercial that was out at the time promising to get your order out in a minute ...

A MINUTE?? TO DO WHAT? the hamburgers are pre made, stuck in a warmer ...

geesh!

ok, I'm tired now. You've brought back exhuasting memories.
