To answer your question regarding setting of the agenda -- in Romeo the Superintendent along with the Board President (who in this case happens to be Sue Hier) sets the agenda.  Sounds a bit fishy, doesn&#039;t it?  Accused Board President buries the agenda item regarding her slanderous statements.  Maybe she was hoping no one would see it?</description>
