OK, he probably didn’t get fired. But making fun of people lined up to buy the iPhone 3G was probably not the smartest thing he could do that increase his popularity.

All I have to say is “What an idiot.”
I guess in order to understand this and his poking fun at people, one needs to understand the nature of KTLA morning news. They make fun of EVERYONE, not just iphone 3G buyers.
I watch these guys every morning and that guy always makes fun of people…that his shtick.
That’s cool that it’s his thing. I really just liked the one guys comment, “This is journalism?”
There are people in Detroit who do the same thing. It’s kind of funny and kind of annoying!
But moreso since it’s something you support? I get it. I’m the same way with Disney, USC, and other things.
