I'm working in a medium sized congregation and we are seeing some financial problems, and my job is the first one to go should money dip into the red. Can you imagine a 300+ congregation having to get rid of their youth pastor because of money? Then again, maybe that would be a good thing and would spark parents to invest full time into the church youth ministry as never before. Its either get creative or die.
