I am on a church staff and think I hold the position of the last point mentioned above. I am currently looking at things that we can use to measure our ministry other then how many people attend or if you are on time, etc. do you have any thoughts about these? For instance expectation could be those that are in my area of ministry (i.e. youth or children), the goal is to have 100% of them in a Life Group (off site small group) I think it is helpful.
