This video expresses a lot of how it felt last night to get back in the youth ministry saddle again. Last night was a lot of fun. I’m looking forward to figuring out a whole new way of doing ministry.
My biggest observation from last night: These students have a particularly sexualized lexicon. I wasn’t ready for that!

I know what you’re saying… you find yourself choosing your words very carefully, lest they turn them into a dirty joke/that’s what she said/etc.
Yeah, the one from last night was SO WEAK! We did a little ice breaker with “Would You Rather?” and all I said is, “the guys finished first” and everyone giggled. Like seriously? That was not innuendo!
