Abortion Laws Challenged

I’m not sure if this will stand up in the court system, but the State of South Dakota has passed a law banning nearly all abortions in their state. This will be an interesting fight worth keeping our eyes on. Of course, if it goes to the Supreme Court it will be even more interesting with two of Bush’s appointees on board. [See story]
