As a runner myself (not anything close to what Ryan is/can do) I really enjoyed this video. I know of so many people who take music, podcasts, etc out on their runs. I like to run with just myself and my Father. I use my time running, as a quiet time, a time to talk things over with my heavenly Father, tuning out the distractions of everyday life.
