I wish we knew what to do with this one. It’s so obviously the cutest, most potential filled house I’ve ever looked at. From and investment perspective it is a slam dunk. But I really have to weigh the other parts of this… I am a FT pastor who works 50-70 hours a week. When would I do all of this work?
It’s got us scurrying and looking at safer and uglier houses. 🙁
