This afternoon we are harvesting the rest from our Spring garden and planting summer stuff. (Cucumbers, zucchini, melons) Here’s the beautiful stuff we just picked!

We’re pretty sure that massive one was a few smaller ones that grew together. Now we just need to figure out what they taste like & what to do with 10 lbs of beets!
