I think cabin fever has settled into the McLane household. We are all stir crazy and we are all waiting for the weather to turn just a big so we can go do something. Anything will do.

I think we’re headed to a farmer’s market or some sort of outdoor deal today. Fresh air will do us all some good.

In the meantime, as always, I find a moment of solace with some early morning tunes. Here are the next 10 tunes rattling my ear drums this first Saturday in January. As always, completely random and ratings included.

#1 Replace Me by Family Force 5 ***

#2 Ancient History by Hawk Nelson ***

#3 Old Love by Eric Clapton ***

#4 You Give Me Something by James Morrison ****

After a quick trip to Vegas for Turkey at my mom’s house, today lands our family back in San Diego.

I can’t tell you how good it is to know that I have no scheduled trips for work. I’m home for the holidays and that’s cool. Anyway, today is a chill day. I’m working on about 6 different writing projects for the blog, plus doing some pre-launch brainstorming for my new web ideas. Oh, and later I get to watch Notre Dame get pounded by USC.

Anyway, music is always a part of my day. Here are the next 10 tunes I’m listening to. As always, these are completely random, no cheating, with ratings included.

#1 Basket Case by Green Day *****

#2 Pieces of the Sun by Test Your Reflex ****

#3 Old Love by Eric Clapton ****

#4 Salvation is Here by Steve Fee ***
