I received the following prayer requests from some friends of ours, Paul & Becky Hedgepath. We got to know Paul & Becky while we were attending Calvary Memorial and Moody back a few years ago. Currently, they are living in a "way out there" place deep in Russia as church planters. I don’t hear from them very often, but when I do I make sure I read it because their work is both very difficult and very remarkable.

So, please read the following and consider praying for them. Who knows… maybe a reader here can help them?

Yup

The trip is settling into a nice rhythm now as everyone is getting used to thw routine of meals, boating, looking for wildlife, and one another.

I’ve had a couple of really nice talks with bill & shan so far. they are just the most sincere type of person you could ever meet. its also fun kind of getting to know everyone else and I’m sure that will happen more completely in the next couple of days.

highlights of day 2. I loved seeing the porpoises as we move from san juan island to stuart island. the is just some mezmering about such a beautiful creature ride a wave in front of you. later we had our first trip in the kayaks. that was pretty cool. I bore easily so I didn’t want to be out there forever. plus the fitting on the pedals wasn’t quite right so it felt like a really long skt up after about 20 minutes or so. it was cool to get out on the water and at eye level with such beauty.

I forget where we are off to today but I am sure that it will be fun.
